Details both the Baikal Order Book, the pan-European dark pool MTF, and the Dark Liquidity Aggregation Service, which provides external routing to independent and broker operated dark pools. Includes FIX 4.2 connection details.

Baikal MTF Participant On-boarding Pack
Includes a number of forms which need to be completed by the participant, detailing authorised persons, contact and address information, settlement instructions and legal status. A technical enablement form also needs to be completed by those looking to establish direct connectivity to the Baikal MTF test and production environments. Separate forms are provided allowing an intermediary to request exemption from Stamp Tax for Irish and UK equity trading.
